Mr and Mrs L Vosterun - May '08 Dear all, What a wonderful time we had at "Kwa Motlhose". I don't know quite how to sum up the whole experience, the passion, knowledge and hard work shown by everyone is a credit to you all. The Bat eared fox project is a brilliant concept and how privileged we were to see your new sanctuary open and with its first resident. We wish you every success. The hospitality we we offered is better than that of any other place we have stayed (sorry we kept you all up so late) but there was so much to do and see with sadly such little time. Len apologises for drinking all the Amarula (but loved the shots/cocktails so much that now all our friends are drinking them). Good luck with the next phase of development and see you all next year.....(assuming you'll have us back). Margaret and Len Vosterun Mr Alan Goodlad - April '08 Dear Chris, Sammy Lea and Ben (Snipe) Now I am back here in cool and occasionally sunny England I am reflecting on my marvellous time with you on the farm. What a rollercoaster ride of excitement, exhilaration and fear! (Lions) What an experience !!! What a lot we packed into such a short time! I am reliving all the wonderful experiences you generously provided me with and passing them all onto anyone who asks (and some who don't). My wife was quite right when she said I had to feel Africa, the animals and the people. It lived up to and far exceeded my expectations and I now feel very privileged to have had you as a guide to my first introduction to African life. Everything was well planned and time maximised for the visitor to get the most out of every hour! Your family and staff made the visit complete as I felt at home from the onset and I have seen for myself the care and passion you have for your new life. Happy 18th Lea, wish I was having a beer with you!!!! One that both my girlfriend and I will cherish forever, the food was five star...... (the diet regime was completely ruined) and being able to handle all the animals a real treat and something that can't be done every day. Good luck with the Goshawk and we will be sure to visit again James and Elizabeth _________________________________________________________________________________________ Mr and Mrs Grieves - November '07 On our arrival we new instantly that we were going to be thoroughly spoilt (and we were), the hospitality of the family and staff was that of a five star hotel and their passion and knowledge boundless. Kwa Motlhose is beautiful, and the area interesting and totally diverse from any other part of South Africa we have visited to date. No doubt the place is going to just get better and we were really sad to hear about the pub, I'm sure that Chris and Sam will rebuild a new one that is even better.
